Individual Gymnast Membership (Not Insured)

The gymnast individual membership is for those who are affiliated with any other governing body, or live overseas (not in the UK). The membership provides online follow along videos for gymnasts to practise at home. These are designed to help increase your gymnasts flexibility, strength and core strength to get that extra step ahead. However, this membership will not benefit from GCS affiliation insurance.
