Recreational gymnastics
Introduces children to the world of gymnastics. Coaches teach children how to flip, tumble and balance in a safe and supportive environment.
Pre-school
A first introduction to gymnastics. Coaches teach young children how to flip, tumble and balance in a safe and supportive environment.
Women’s artistic gymnastics
For girls and women who want to compete in this dynamic discipline. Coaches focus on grace, power and precision, and on performing routines with style and confidence.
Men’s artistic gymnastics
For boys and men who want to compete in this exciting discipline. Coaches focus on strength, flexibility and technique, and on performing routines with flair and confidence.
Tumbling
Teaches a variety of tumbling skills, including cartwheels, round-offs, handsprings and flips, for athletes of all levels, building the strength, flexibility and technique to succeed.
Freestyle gymnastics
Parkour and tricking, combining physical strength, agility and creativity, taught in a safe and controlled environment.

How GCS supports every discipline
Insurance cover
Gymnastics for All, women’s and men’s artistic, pre-school, tumbling and freestyle are all listed activities under the GCS group policy, when run under GCS guidelines, syllabus and ratios.
Coach education
Level 1 courses are free for coaches at member clubs: General, WAG, MAG and Freestyle modules, online with a mentor coach. Level 2 is £200 per coach.
