One membership for your whole club
£50 a year for your club, paid annually upfront, renews automatically each year. Gymnast places at £1.25 a month and coach places at £2.50 a month, billed monthly. Places are transferable when your team changes.

£1.25 / place / month

How you pay: the £50 club membership is paid annually upfront and renews automatically each year. Your gymnast and coach places are billed monthly. Example: 40 gymnasts + 5 coaches = £50 upfront + £62.50 a month for places, £800 in total in year one.

How registration works
Join in three steps, all through your club
Your club holds the relationship with GCS. Coaches and gymnasts never register with us directly. They get their place through their club.

Your club signs up
The club owner or manager creates your club membership online: £50 a year, paid upfront, renewing automatically each year.

Your club picks its places
Decide how many gymnast places (£1.25 a month each) and coach places (£2.50 a month each) you need, and register for that number. Places are billed monthly. You can change it later from your account.

Your club assigns the places
Assign each place to one of your coaches or gymnasts. Once assigned, they’re covered by the group policy and can use the content. When someone leaves, reassign their place.
A place stays with your club, not the person
If a gymnast leaves, reassign their place to another child at no extra cost. There’s no need to buy a new place. The same goes for coach places when staff change.

Questions from club owners
Who holds the membership: the club or the individuals?
The club. GCS works with clubs only. Your club holds the membership and assigns places to its coaches and gymnasts, who are then covered and can use the content included with their place.
If our club joins, will our coaches and gymnasts be insured?
Yes. Once your coaches and gymnasts are registered to places on the system, they’re covered by our group insurance policy. See the insurance page for limits and conditions.
Can coaches or gymnasts register with GCS themselves?
No. Registration always goes through the club. Your club signs up, picks how many gymnast and coach places it wants, then assigns those places to its coaches and gymnasts.
Are places transferable? What happens if a gymnast leaves?
Yes, places are transferable. If a gymnast leaves, your club can reassign that place to another child at no extra cost. There’s no need to buy a new place. Coach places work the same way when staff change.
