Your club holds one membership. The benefits reach your whole team through the places you assign.
Is your insurance too expensive?
Compared with British Gymnastics or IGA membership, our clubs save hundreds. The main reason: you pay per place, not per child, and places are transferable, so when a gymnast leaves, their place goes to the next child at no extra cost.
Coaches leaving every September?
Level 1 coaching courses are free for coaches at member clubs, completed online under the guidance of a mentor coach.
Can’t get courses on time?
Consistent, recurring courses so your coaches are qualified and insured when you need them.
A place stays with your club, not the person
If a gymnast leaves, reassign their place to another child at no extra cost. There’s no need to buy a new place. The same goes for coach places when staff change.

For your coaches
What every coach place includes
Your club assigns a place to each coach or member of staff. While they hold it, they get:
- ✓ Insurance cover under the GCS group policy
- ✓ Level 1 courses free: General, WAG, MAG and Freestyle, online with a mentor coach
- ✓ Level 2 course: £200 per coach, booked by your club
- ✓ Skills video library with difficult skills broken into steps by high-performance coaches
- ✓ Coaching lectures & webinars and the GCS coaching network
- ✓ Safeguarding and health & safety e-learning for onboarding
Coach places are £2.50 a month each (£30 a year), billed monthly, and transferable: if a coach leaves, assign their place to the next one.

What every gymnast place includes
Give parents something back for their membership fee. Each gymnast place (£1.25 a month, billed monthly) that your club assigns includes:

Pricing for your club
What it costs, and how places work
Your club buys the places and assigns them. Coaches and gymnasts never register with GCS directly.
Club membership
£50 / year
Paid annually upfront, renews automatically each year · one per club
Group insurance for the club, documents, mentoring and webinars.
Per gymnast place
£1.25 / month
Billed monthly · £15 a year per place
Assigned by your club. Insurance cover, follow-along classes and live lessons.
Per coach / staff place
£2.50 / month
Billed monthly · £30 a year per place
Assigned by your club. Insurance cover and coach education.
How you pay: the £50 club membership is paid annually upfront and renews automatically each year. Your gymnast and coach places are billed monthly. Example: 40 gymnasts + 5 coaches = £50 upfront + £62.50 a month for places, £800 in total in year one.
Free
Level 1 General, WAG, MAG and Freestyle, online with a mentor coach, for coaches at member clubs.
£200 per coach
Level 2 (General) practical course, booked by your club for its coaches.
